       Improve your fitness and live longer by building a bodybuilding program and adding it to your life, In the world today it is easy to develope bad habits. People to turn them around, build bodybuilding routines and incorporate them into your daily lives permenately. 
  When starting out we need to determine our aspirations and goals, some   people just want to lose a few pounds while others have doctors orders to get into better shape or their lives may be at risk.  Theses goals will determine what type of exercise or activity that will be needed to acheive them. 
   Bodybuilding is a way of life that requires changes for continued benefits, these changes will consist of eating healthier, exercising on a regular basis, and getting the proper rest for your body to recover and grow.  Fortunately there is so much equipment and so many different types of physical activity available that finding a work out routine will be new and interesting.

  Some benefits from a bodybuilding routine are weight loss and control, better health resulting in lower medical costs, better overall condition and shape so that we look and feel younger, and a increase in energy and libido.

   Your bodybuilding routines should include stretching and weight training regardless of your goals, cardio will be a major part of it to strengthen your heart and lungs while maintaining a form of weight control. 
​Weight Training can and should be part of your fitness program, there are different forms of training depending on your goals. To tone up lifting light weights for high reps is ideal, to build muscle you want to lift weight that is 50 to 80 percent of your max lift. For gaining strength your training should be at 75 to 100 percent of your max lift for 1 - 4 reps.

   Getting the rest you need nightly is an important part of your bodybuilding program, get 6 - 8 hours a night on a regular basis. Sleep is very imortant, that is when the muscles repair themselves and grow.  As they do and the body changes shape it will become clear as to what works, this information will be valuble in the future when building your new work out routine.
